OPEN SOURCE has a well-organized and highly experienced network of interviewers aged 18 to 60 years, regional coordinators, controllers and supervisors which enables high-quality research in Serbia, Montenegro and Macedonia in short time. Within the networks of interviewers are spare interviewers who at any time can form a parallel network in one region. Interviewers and their work are supervised end evaluated, so that only those with higher average grades are engaged in projects, while the others are sent for additional training. At least 20-30% direct or telephone control is carried out in every F2F survey. Also, we have excellent cooperation with the agencies from the region of former Yugoslavia so we can quickly respond to any demand concerning face to face research in this area.
OPEN SOURCE has main CATI/Call Centre in Belgrade, Serbia and branch CATI/Call Centre in Podgorica, Montenegro. These two centres consist of 21 workstations and enable a full audio and video supervision of interviewers and operators. Interviewers are constantly supervised and regularly evaluated by our well experienced supervisor. We use IP telephony and we have CATI software with all necessary capabilities (conditions, appointment system etc.). The software we use greatly facilitates all questionnaire administration and performance evaluation tasks.
Group discussions and In-depth interviews which we organize are characterized by great experience and professionalism of the moderators who, besides their originating from this region, know well the social and political circumstances, which is sometimes crucial for the successful realization of such surveys.OPEN SOURCE organizes FGD and IDI in major cities in Serbia, Montenegro and Macedonia. In Belgrade, within our office, we have a modern focus group studio with the most advanced equipment for recording and monitoring of group discussions live over the Internet, one-way mirror and a comfortable room for observation where clients have possibility to follow discussion in friendly atmosphere. Office include a training centre in which we conduct training and workshops with clients and focus group participants.
OPEN SOURCE conducts a Central location test where respondents are invited to some convenient place ranging from a public hall to a specialised facility. We use this type of survey for studies requiring extensive stimulus material to be shown and/or tested in fairly standard conditions.OPEN SOURCE offers Central Location Tests in a range of research situations including: concept tests, product tests, sensory research, advertising/copy test and packaging tests. We provide suitable venues across major cities in Serbia, Montenegro and Macedonia, recruitment services, interviewing and data entry (often to a client-provided web link) as well as complete full-service projects.
Our team has successfully carried out many mystery projects for major regional and European clients as well as CATI mystery projects in foreign languages.OPEN SOURCE has a well-organized and highly experienced network of permanent mystery interviewers and a number of occasionally hired interviewers, depending on the scope of the project. Also, network is constantly upgrading by training and introducing new interviewers. All mystery shoppers are able to "play" different roles required in client's scenario, have a keen eye and pay attention to the details. They are accurate and meet the deadlines, professional, discreet, objective and communicative. Interviewers are mostly aged 20 to 50 years, but it should be noted that among the interviewers we have people older than 50, which is very important in F2F mystery projects. All this enables high-quality research in the short time.
